Delivery and Order tracking
We are offering FREE standard shipping over $150 of purchase on our site!
We unfortunately do not offer free international shipping, and a $20 fee will be added at the checkout.
Once we processed your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number which you can use to track your package.
For any order that is shipped internationally we charge a $20 flat fee.

Returning an item
Vintage items are FINAL sale.
Only Delphine’s Collection are returnable.
Our return policy lasts 21 days. If the 21 days has gone by since the day you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t accept the return and can’t process a refund.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the tags on. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
To complete your return:
For your refund to be processed, please register your request for a return on our site, under ‘MY ACCOUNT‘ before mailing the package back.
Sign in to your account and go to My Account and Orders, select the order number containing the items you would like to return.
Click on the “Process a Return” button and choose the reason for return.
DO NOT send via UPS/FEDEX. Our PO BOX does not accept these deliveries, only via USPS or through any Post Office.

Please note that if you were subject to a customs fee, we are unable to refund this fee for your order. Please also make sure to keep your proof of postage/tracking number for your own insurance.
Exchanging an item
We don’t offer an exchange service through our website delphinegennisson.com. To order a new size, style or color of your chosen item, you just have to place a new order through our online shop. For shipping back the item that does not fit, see “Returning an item”.
You will receive an email letting you know when the refund has been made. Please allow 7 working days for our team to process your return package.
Your item is defective
Despite all of our quality assurance checks, if there is still a problem with your garment at the reception, please contact our Customer Service department at email@example.com and make sure to add a picture of the defective product. We will make our best effort to solve this problem, as your satisfaction is our priority!
You can pay for your order via:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover)
Secured payment is done through stripe. We never save or store credit card information.
Your payment has been refused
If your payment wasn’t successful, please try completing your order with another method of payment. If the problem remains, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will help you as soon as we can!
